- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪DIABOLICAL . Was with them for 13 years. Impossible to get a doctors appointment that day. Impossible to get through in the morning on the phones. Impossible to get an appointment within 3 weeks. Most of the long term receptionists are so unfriendly, you would think they have something personal against you. I would have left a long time ago but the paperwork to join a new surgery for the whole family was a headache. But thankfully finally did it. I wouldn't recommend them. Doctors are lovely though. We never had anything serious (thank god) to know about referrals. I have been in the surgery several times between 8-9am for appointments and i have personally heard the phone ring and ring and no one pick up. I have been in the afternoons and the waiting room is empty! Yet when i make the appointments the receptions stress that is the only appointment left as it is extremely busy.by Mariam xXxOctober 14, 2017
